Recently, the fund has also expanded its activities to include specialist healthcare facilities through the acquisition of Kardio KV and Kalbicentrum, thereby entering the field of outpatient healthcare \u2013 particularly in the cardiology and preventive medicine segments \u2013 and further diversifying its investments.<\/p>\n<h4>About the fund and investment strategy<\/h4>\n<p>The fund's investment strategy is based on a conservative approach, a long-term horizon, and active management of real assets. The fund invests in spa properties, operating companies, and healthcare facilities that generate stable operating cash flow and long-term value.
