Milorad Mišković is the founder and managing partner of Karlin Port Real Estate (KPRE), a company specialising in investment and development with a focus on architecture and urban planning, particularly in Prague. Over his thirty-year career in the Prague real estate business, he has been involved in the revitalisation of Karlín, Libeň, Smíchov, Vinohrady, and other areas, among other achievements. He has participated in the implementation of over 50 key projects in the capital city, served as a partner at the development company Karlín Group, and as CEO of the Daramis group, where he oversaw the construction of thousands of residential units and significant office buildings. He is a co-founder of Opportunity Real Estate Fund SICAV, an investment fund focused on high-return residential and commercial development projects, and is also significantly involved in the real estate market of the Western Balkans. In addition to his professional activities, he supports charitable organisations and acts as a consultant in the fields of investment and banking.
