Miroslav Liška is a founding member, investor, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lázeňský fond SICAV a.s., a fund focused on strategic investments in the spa and healthcare sector in the Czech Republic. Since 2014, he has held senior management positions within the spa sector, including roles as CEO and CFO of a significant spa company. He specialises in financial management, predictive modelling, and strategic planning. With his in-depth knowledge of the spa market and the investment environment, he actively participates in the development of the fund's portfolio and the long-term strategic direction of its investment activities.
