He acts as the Chief Economist for XTB in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He focuses on analysing macroeconomic trends, monetary and fiscal policy, and their impact on financial markets. In addition to analytical work for XTB and its clients, he also comments on economic topics. He regularly appears in the media, podcasts, and publishes in the press. He also teaches at Metropolitan University Prague. He completed his doctoral studies in applied economics with a focus on the digital economy at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University. He studied economics and management at the University of Economics, Prague, including a specialisation in business and market development. In the past, he worked as Director of Strategy and Chief Economist at the financial group Roklen and as an analyst at the Centre for Economic and Market Analyses.
