Radek Slabyhoud is the founder and owner of the Real Luxembourg investment group, which has been operating on the Czech property market since 2016 and now has nearly a decade’s experience in the acquisition, refurbishment and subsequent sale of apartment blocks and individual flats. Since the company was founded, it has completed more than 150 transactions with a total value exceeding 2 billion CZK. He has been building, over the long term, an interconnected ecosystem of companies focused on investment, property development and property appreciation.
In his role, he plays an active part in the group’s strategic management and personally oversees several key departments, including the implementation of refurbishment projects. He emphasises effective project management, swift execution thanks to an in-house team, and maximising the investment potential of older properties. His aim is not only to create financially sound projects, but also to contribute in the long term to enhancing the appearance of streets and improving the quality of housing.
