Zbyněk is an engineer by education and has worked in mechanical engineering, glassmaking, and the arms industry for over 25 years, where he progressively advanced to senior management. He specialises in company restructurings, implementing processes and information systems, strategic development, and building strong teams, combining technical know-how with business acumen. Throughout his professional life, he has embraced major challenges, emphasising people development and growth, and building on strong moral values and an authentic approach.
