Company Profile
Real Luxembourg, a.s., is an investment and real estate group focused on the acquisition, reconstruction, and enhancement of apartment buildings in Prague and its surroundings. Since 2016, it has specialised in properties with significant potential, which, thanks to professional project management, high-quality technical execution, and economic discipline, gain new functionality and long-term market value.
The group utilises a transparent structure of project companies (SPVs), allowing for effective management of individual projects as well as the entire portfolio. It relies on a strong internal team, a network of expert partners, and detailed knowledge of the local property market.
Selected group projects
Among the completely renovated and almost sold-out projects are Velehradská 24 in Vinohrady, an Art Nouveau building in a prestigious location with an emphasis on preserving architectural details and a high standard of execution. Another completed project is Dům U Tyrše in Košíře, which offers compact residential units with excellent access to the city centre and the airport.
Of the currently realised projects, we can mention Rezidence Gutovka in Strašnice, focused on smaller units for young professionals and investors, and the Musílkova 39 project in Košíře, intimate housing combining urban accessibility with a quiet courtyard environment.
These projects represent just a selection from several dozen properties that the Real Luxembourg group has completed, is developing, or has on offer in recent years.
Real Luxembourg Investiční fond Sicav, a.s.
In 2023, the Real Luxembourg group established an investment fund SICAV, a.s., which allows qualified investors to participate in the value growth of the group's real estate projects. The fund manages a portfolio of apartment buildings and residential projects, into which the founders have injected a significant portion of their own assets, thereby strengthening the fund's long-term stability.
The investment strategy focuses on value growth and stable returns by leveraging real estate opportunities within the Czech Republic. The fund manager is AVANT investment company, a.s., which ensures professional management and regulatory oversight.
