What moves the world of investments will be presented by speakers at GIS
Global Investment Summit 2025 at Prague Castle

 

The GIS Global Investment Summit 2025 will take place on February 12th at Prague Castle.
The Martinický Palace. The event will present a comprehensive programme focused on current macroeconomic issues, innovations in the world of investments, and practical strategies for investors. The programme covers topics from the global economy through trading, long-term investing, and alternative assets to real estate investments.

 

Visitors to the summit will hear from over 35 speakers from companies such as Česká spořitelna, Raiffeisenbank, J&T Banka, Trinity Bank, Generali, and XTB. Their representatives will outline what awaits the Czech and global economies in 2025.

This year's event will, however, continue to focus primarily on real estate investments. It will feature discussions by leading Prague developers, successful regional developers, prominent Czech architects on urbanism in the Czech Republic, established real estate funds, and significant representatives of FKI from the real estate development sector. The event will present exclusive data on the development of flat prices and rents from Finsider.cz, as well as expert insights into which properties to buy and which to sell.
Luděk Sekyra will also reveal the secret to his success in the next part of the programme in an interview.
How will the legendary Prague hotel transform and what will its spectacular multi-billion-crown reconstruction bring? Will it become the new jewel of the metropolis? Come and get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at this transformation with Ondřej Záruba (Future X) and Marek Tichý (TaK Architects). Visitors will learn about the direction of the real estate market in terms of further construction development, urbanism, price development of individual segments, construction costs, and legislation.
