The Spa Fund SICAV a.s. is a qualified investor fund focused on
strategic investments in the spa and associated healthcare services in
the Czech Republic, particularly in Františkovy Lázně. It builds on a long-standing
tradition of Czech spa treatment and is gradually expanding its portfolio also to
specialised outpatient healthcare. The aim of the fund is long-term and
stable appreciation of funds through property ownership,
operating companies and healthcare facilities.
