WorkLounge is the leading Czech provider of serviced offices and coworking. The entire project is driven by founder and CEO Lubomír Šilhavý, who has been in the office rental industry for over 30 years and is often referred to as the father of Czech coworking. He gained a lot of experience abroad, opened his first coworking centre in America in 2010, and subsequently brought this concept to the Czech Republic, where he began building communities and a network of coworking spaces in Prague.
And it is here that the story of WorkLounge began. In 2017, the first Prague branch opened in Karlín. Since then, five more have been established in Prague – Wenceslas Square, Smíchov, Žižkov, Na Příkopech, Žižkov and Dejvice. Among the biggest milestones is certainly the acquisition of the well-known City Point building in Pankrác, where the seventh branch is being established, combining the best of coworking and serviced offices with top-notch technological facilities.
All branches share a prestigious address, premium design, maximum membership flexibility, and unlimited coffee consumption. Community events for members are a given – such as regular Monday breakfasts.
